Welcome to
Jesus WatchWomen
on the
Wall Ministry

Founded by Prophetess Gladys M. Ayers, affectionately known as “The Demon Slayer”, this ministry was birthed from a place of compassion, calling, and unwavering belief in the power of Jesus Christ to heal the brokenhearted. We are a faith-centered, spirit-led refuge for women of all ages who have endured the storms of physical, emotional, and psychological abuse, and are now ready to walk in divine restoration.

Our ministry serves as a sacred space where women can reclaim their identity in Christ and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Through the Word of God, prayer, fasting, and fellowship, we help our sisters rise from the ashes of trauma into the light of strength and grace. Whether you are seeking comfort, clarity, or community, you will find all three here, guided by love, supported by truth, and held in prayer.

From our Healing & Restoration Workshops to Prayer Academies and WatchWomen Leadership Trainings, each of our initiatives is crafted to meet women where they are and help them journey inward, discovering healing through the knowledge of who they are in Jesus. The ministry is not only about recovery, it’s about empowerment. We equip women to go back into their families, neighborhoods, and communities as beacons of hope and agents of change.

We invite you to explore our site, attend an event, submit a prayer request, or consider supporting our mission with a donation. Your involvement makes it possible to reach more women in need of spiritual refuge and transformation.

This is more than a ministry, it’s a movement. And as WatchWomen on the Wall, we stand together, praying, praising, healing, and rebuilding lives brick by brick, prayer by prayer.

You are welcome here. You are seen. You are loved. And with God, you will rise.

“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land…” – Ezekiel 22:30

About Us
The Ministry, The Mission,
The Mantle

Jesus WatchWomen On The Wall Ministry was divinely established to be more than a traditional ministry, it is a spiritual mantle placed upon the shoulders of women who have been called to watch, war, and win. At the heart of this movement is Prophetess Gladys M. Ayers, a woman of unwavering faith, prophetic vision, and fierce compassion, known across the nation as “The Demon Slayer.” Through years of personal trials, spiritual warfare, and deep communion with God, she has emerged as a vessel of healing, teaching, and empowerment for women in need of deliverance.

Our ministry is built on the foundational belief that every woman, regardless of her past or pain, has a divine identity and a sacred assignment. Too many women carry hidden wounds from physical, emotional, and psychological abuse. At Jesus WatchWomen On The Wall, we exist to shine a light into those dark places. We are a spiritual hospital for the soul, a refuge for the broken, and a training ground for those ready to step into their prophetic destiny.

Our mission is twofold: healing and equipping. We begin by offering emotional and spiritual healing through the Word of God, fervent prayer, fasting, and discipleship. As healing begins, we then shift into equipping women through teaching and training, restoring their spiritual authority so they may return to their families and communities with boldness and grace.

This is not a place of condemnation, but of transformation. Here, women are not judged, they are restored. They are not overlooked, they are seen. They are not silenced, they are empowered to speak life into others. We believe every woman is called to be a WatchWoman, standing guard over her household, praying over her city, and standing on the spiritual wall with vigilance and courage.

Jesus WatchWomen On The Wall Ministry is also a universal teaching center, embracing women of all backgrounds and ages. Whether you are just beginning your walk with Christ or are ready to go deeper, this is a safe and sacred place to grow.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” – Proverbs 31:25

Our Programs
Healing, Training, and Transformation

At Jesus WatchWomen On The Wall Ministry, we believe in wholeness—spirit, soul, and body. Every program we offer is designed to help women move from pain to purpose, from survival to spiritual strength. Whether you are seeking restoration, direction, or activation in your calling, our programs meet you where you are and guide you forward through faith, community, and the Word of God.

  1. Healing & Restoration Workshops

These are sacred spaces where women come to be renewed, refreshed, and reawakened. Through guided teachings, personal testimonies, scripture-based therapy, and the power of prayer, women find deliverance from trauma caused by emotional abuse, domestic violence, spiritual brokenness, and more. We dismantle shame and ignite hope, helping each woman begin again.

  1. Prayer & Fasting Academy

Fasting and prayer are at the core of our spiritual discipline. Our Prayer & Fasting Academy teaches women how to seek God’s face with intentionality. This program includes weekly teachings, prayer call participation, and structured fasts focused on breaking spiritual strongholds, healing families, and aligning with God’s will.

  1. WatchWomen Leadership Training

We are raising up prophetic voices and prayer warriors who are ready to “stand on the wall.” This training helps women discover their spiritual gifts, cultivate leadership skills, and become effective intercessors in their homes, churches, and communities. Graduates emerge as strong, biblically grounded leaders who carry the mantle of protection and influence.

  1. Young Women Mentoring & Identity Circles

Our ministry also pours into young women and teens, helping them understand their identity in Christ before the world defines them. Through mentorship, life-skills development, and biblical truth, we prepare the next generation of women to walk in purity, confidence, and calling.

  1. Community Outreach Initiatives

Jesus WatchWomen On The Wall does not exist behind church walls—we go into the community. From shelter outreach and prison ministry to city-wide prayer walks and feeding programs, we bring light to dark places. Our outreach is rooted in compassion, and every act is designed to extend the love of Jesus to the forgotten and hurting.

These programs aren’t just activities—they are divine assignments. Through healing, teaching, and training, we empower women to break generational curses, walk in their callings, and help others find their path to freedom.

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor…”  Luke 4:18
